We’d love to give you the opportunity to learn more about our mission, our processes, our ethos, and our team.

Our Story

AIHP was founded by Rick Prince, a 20+ year veteran of the fitness industry. During his time in the fitness industry, Rick worked at some of the most prestigious commercial and corporate fitness facilities in NYC, in a wide range of roles including, but not limited to personal trainer, fitness manager and general manager.

During his time in the fitness industry, Rick gained a robust knowledge of the fitness education landscape which motivated him to develop AIHP due to his belief that he could create a better fitness certification and moreover, a better fitness education company.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower all fitness coaching professionals with the knowledge, systems, and leadership skills needed to elevate the fitness industry worldwide. We do this through best-in-class course content, support during and after certification, and excellent customer service.

Our Content Development Process

We start with the question, “What does a fitness professional need to know to be successful?” This question shapes all aspects of our content development process. From that point, we research, vet, and select the best person(s) to create this content. The content must be science/evidence-based with no bias. Moreover, the content needs to be easily applied to the fitness industry to provide the best learning resource for the coach.

Our Ethos

  • We operate with integrity and excellence
  • Our content is developed as a result of a team effort
  • We provide tremendous value
  • We actively seek out feedback and continually update our products, services and policies accordingly
  • We ensure our content is easily understood and applicable
  • Without superior customer service, great content means nothing
