Integrated Strength and Performance
Coach (ISPC) Certification Overview

Building Blocks to Your Success
The Integrated Strength and Performance Coach (ISPC) certification raises the bar in fitness education. The fitness industry is saturated with certifications, yet few provide a truly comprehensive, evidence-based education that bridges health and human performance science with practical application for diverse populations. Many coaches complete entry-level personal training or sport-specific certifications, only to discover gaps when working with athletes, tactical personnel, older adults, youth, or clinical populations.
The Integrated Strength and Performance Coach (ISPC) certification course was created to fill these gaps. This course not only deepens your understanding of functional anatomy, applied physiology, and biomechanics, but also equips you with the skills to integrate that knowledge into performance and health-focused programming across a wide range of athletes; whether you are coaching a competitive sprinter, guiding a firefighter through return-to-duty training, improving an older adult’s functional strength, or building a youth athlete’s foundation, you’ll learn to design and implement programs grounded in current scientific evidence.
The ISPC course officially launches July 1, 2026. Jump in during Pre-enrollment starting June 1, 2026 to receive $100 off course pricing.
